6th ed. contains misprint for vecuronium dosing
On page 410 under Vecuronium Bromide, the Maximum
Dosage section, it reads, "0.27 mcg/kg/h for 21 h is the
largest reported
continuous infusion rate." In checking the reference cited
for this statement, Can J Anaesth 1991;38:169-174, it appears
that this should be 0.27 mg/kg/hr, not 0.27 mcg/kg/hr.
The publisher has been contacted and will correct the misprint
for the 7th edition.
