Mosby's Drug Consult Annual CD-ROM and Text 2002 has
a wrong dose for Capecitabine (Xeloda) in Table 8,
Page III-422. The dose quoted was 2500mgm/m2 twice a day with
the correct dose being 1250 mgm/m2 twice a day.
