CORRECTION NOTICE - REMIFENTANIL HYDROCHLORIDE MONOGRAPH IN HANDBOOK ON INJECTABLE DRUGS, 15TH EDITION

Y-Site Injection Compatibility Table, page 1411

The publishers of the Handbook on Injectable Drugs (HID), 15th edition, wish to inform you of an error in the monograph for Remifentanil Hydrochloride. In the third column from the left on page 1411 of the printed volume of HID 15th ed. next to the "Potassium Chloride" entry of the table, the concentration should be listed as "0.1 mEq/mL."

We urge you to correct this error in all copies of HID 15th ed. immediately and to communicate it to others on your staff who may use the book.
