USP IS RECALLING USP 33-NF 28 DUE TO ERRORS

The United States Pharmacopeial Convention (USP) is recalling USP 33-NF 28 after discovering monograph errors that were introduced during conversion to a new format.
USP 33–NF 28 was released on November 1, 2009, with an official date of May 1, 2010.
Further information will be provided the week of January 11, 2010, explaining how USP will reissue the publication with a delayed official date.
In the interim, USP 32–NF 27 remains official, and USP 33-NF 28 is not official and should not be used.
