Missing in action

It has been brought to our attention that a small percentage of the AHFS Drug Information books (2000 edition) are missing pages 1471-1518. The organization is aware of this problem and is prepared to rectify the situation. If your copy is missing these pages, contact ASHP to arrange for the return of your book. Upon receipt of the damaged book, ASHP will send you a new replacement book free of charge.
