The haloperidol monograph in the 7th edition of the Lexi-Comp
Drug Information Handbook for Psychiatry (2nd edition; 2000
page 487) and the Psychotropic Drug Information Handbook (2000
page 137) contains an error. The monograph states :
Under Usal Dosing: Rapid tranquilization of agitation patient
(administer every 30-60 minutes)
