Because of the sensitive issue the site covers-- medication errors-- the site sponsor may remove postings that mention specific names of individuals or institutions allegedly involved in medication errors. Since thousands of serious medical errors occur annually, the sponsor is unable to assess the accuracy of descriptions of individual medication errors that may be posted on the message system.

The site is non-commercial in nature, specifically not a forum for marketing medical products and services. Postings that appear to be promotional in nature will be removed.
